Atiye Bayman

Atiye Bayman’s 36 year career in Silicon Valley is focused on semiconductor technology development and transfer of technology and products into manufacturing. She has held positions in technology development at Novellus Systems, Synergy Semiconductor (acquired by Micrel) and Advanced Micro Devices.

Atiye is currently the CTO at MiaSolé Hi-Tech, a solar technology and products company specialized in light weight, flexible solar products. She is responsible for technology roadmap, R&D and transfer of technology to overseas factories. 

Atiye has a Ph.D. in solid state physics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in physics from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey.
