Tel Aviv University Center Joins the Silicon Catalyst In-Kind Partner Ecosystem

Tel Aviv, Israel and Silicon Valley, CA, July 23, 2023 - Silicon Catalyst, an incubator exclusively focused on accelerating semiconductor solutions, announced that the Tel Aviv University (TAU) Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology has joined as the newest member of its In-Kind Partner (IKP) ecosystem. The TAU Center is focused on cutting-edge research and technological advancement, offering nanoscale process development and fabrication, as well as test and analysis services, which will now be available to Portfolio Companies in the Silicon Catalyst Incubator.

R&D personnel from companies in the Incubator can utilize TAU’s cutting-edge equipment and professional staff to manufacture prototypes of their inventions and optimize their characteristics for various applications. The center offers hands-on use of equipment, offering guidance and training for working with the various semiconductor equipment and materials, as well as state-of-the-art analytical and imaging capabilities.

The center integrates two facilities – the nanofabrication unit and the characterization unit, and the synergy of both units provides an all-inclusive solution, including the development of the process, adaptation to the customer's device specification, creation of a prototype through a variety of fabrication processes, and product quality assurance.
